这篇文章主要是说下HostMonster主机整个退款流程

找paypal invoice number的步骤是

登陆cpanel控制面板

点profile下面的billing

然后点 billing history

最近的主机购买帐户就是了.  recent hosting purchase invoice number

Hostmonster如何申请退款

Hostmonster空间,一个月内可以全额退款,随时都可以退款。如果需要退款,你联系Hostmonster客服(用live chat或者ticket,建议直接提交ticket,不要发邮件),按客服的要求操作就OK了,设置费一般是不退的。有时用户担心,退款时他们是否扣钱呀,这个你不用担心,退款的时候他们不会另外扣钱的。申请退款只要联系客服,一般在7天内就可退款,最长不超过7天。

Hostmonster的的信誉绝对是没有话说,如果你看空间被停了,你可以这样操作:首先联系他们的在线客户服务咨询怎么回事情,他们会告诉你怎么操作或者给你发邮件的;按照他们的要求操作 ,如果你还想继续使用他们的空间,你可以好好把自己的站的问题和他们解释,如果你能说服他们你就可以使用了;如果他们认定你的站已经不能在他们的空间使用的话,那只有申请退款了。

在申请退款是,用户需要提供一些资料给Hostmonster,如果你是信用卡付款,那么你需要提供,信用卡付款所需要的末4位卡号,paypal付款需要核对密码,如果是代购的Hostmonster空间,paypal付款的,提供给他密码就可以申请退款了,如果你是通过代购人员购买的HostMonster空间,退款之后联系代购人员退钱给你,如果你是自己购买的主机,退款后它们会发邮件通知你。
